Samite wrote this original song for Kenyan environmental activist Wangari Maathai, who was the first African woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize. Samite plays the kalimba on this gentle and peaceful song and is accompanied by guitarist Nate Richardson. This song can be found on Samite's 2021 album 'We Can Care Again'.
