THE ONLY EQUIPMENT YOU NEED IS A FOOD PROCESSOR.
YOU ARE JUST ADDING CHICK PEAS, SESAME SEED PASTE, A LITTLE OLIVE OIL, ROASTED RED PEPPER.
YOU CAN ROAST THEM YOURSELF OR BUY THEM IN A JAR ALREADY PREPARED JUST AS DELICIOUS.
A FEW SIMPLE SPICES; A LITTLE CUMIN, PAPRIKA, A LITTLE SEA SALT, CRACKED PEPPER AND A LITTLE BLACK PEPPER.
COMBINED IT ALL IN THE PROCESSOR ADD A LITTLE LEMON JUICE AND ROASTED GARLIC ALSO AND IT'S DONE IN A MATTER OF SECONDS.
I TAKE THE RICE CAKE AND I WOULD TAKE SOME OF THE HUMMUS AND SPREAD IT ON THE RICE CAKE.
THEN I WOULD JUST ADD LITTLE CIRCLES WITH EDAMAMES OR I WOULD TAKE THE SCOOP AND SPREAD SOME WELL SCOOP OUT THE HUMMUS AND PUT A LITTLE EDAMAME IN THE MIDDLE.

THEN WE ARE GOING TO NEED THREE TEASPOONS OF SPLENDA.

SPLENDA IS JUST AN ALTERNATIVE TO USING SUGAR.
ADD A LITTLE BIT OF SWEETNESS TO THOSE STRAWBERRIES.
AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO NEED A CUPFUL OF HONEY.
WE'RE GOING TO PUT THE STRAWBERRIES IN WITH THE CHEERIOS.
DO YOU WANT TO GO AHEAD AND PUT THOSE IN?

>> WE'RE JUST GOING TO MIX THEM UP.
>> SHOULD I USE ANOTHER ONE TO TOSS IT?
>> YOU CAN USE BOTH OF THEM IF YOU'D LIKE.
YOU JUST WANT TO REALLY MIX THOSE STRAWBERRIES AND THOSE CHEERIOS TOGETHER.
AND WHILE YOU ARE GOING TO DO THAT I AM GOING TO ADD IN SOME OF THIS HONEY AND THAT'S GOING TO HELP THE WHOLE THING STICK TOGETHER.
AND BY ADDING A LITTLE BIT OF THE HONEY IN AT A TIME IT WILL EVENLY COAT THOSE CHEERIOS GET THEM ALL TO STICK TOGETHER WITH THOSE STRAWBERRIES.
NOW THIS IS WHEN YOUR HANDS ARE GOING TO GET ALL STICKY.
THIS IS THE FUN PART.
SO WE'RE JUST GOING TO GO AHEAD AND SCOOP IN, WE'RE GOING TO GRAB SOME OF THE CHEERIOS.
WE'RE GOING TO FORM IT INTO A BALL AND WE WILL SET THEM ON THE WAX PAPER.
YOU CAN PUT THEM IN THE REFRIGERATOR TO HARDEN UP A LITTLE BIT QUICKER.
AND YOU'VE GOT FRUIT BALLS.

THAT GAVE YOU GOOD NUTRITION BUT STILL MET THAT SWEET TOOTH DESIRE.
SOMETIMES THERE'S NOTHING BETTER THAN A LITTLE BIT OF A COOKIE.
SO I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE.
