Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(gentle guitar music) - Hi, I'm Christina.
- Hi, I'm Henry.
- Join us for a few moments while we look at the world through creative eyes.
(gentle guitar music) Thank you so much for joining me today, Henry.
- Glad to be here.
- I brought with me this piece of artwork and I wondered if you might wanna look at it with me, and answer some of these questions.
- Well, it's rather strange.
- It is, isn't it?
I'm curious to know, what do you see?
What do you think's going on?
- Well, I see a young lady in a somewhat odd bathing suit, sitting on a stone, wall near the sea, smoking a cigarette, and there's a large lobster-like beast rising outta the sea behind her.
- Ooh, the beast is rising.
What do you think happened right before this?
- Well, the beast probably was down deeper in the sea 'cause she must not have seen him before she got on the wall, and she's not seeing him now or hearing him.
- What do you think's gonna happen next?
- Well, she's going to have a quite a shock when she turns around, if she does.
- What would you be doing if you were there.
- If I was there?
Okay.
Well, I'd say I better turn around and take a look at what's behind you and hide behind that wall, 'cause you got something that's really big and strange to deal with.
- You'd be saving her life, I think.
- Well, yeah, if that's life threatening.
Maybe he's gonna come up and hug her and give her a kiss.
I don't know.
Wouldn't that be nice?
- Tender lobster?
(both laugh) - Yes, exactly, right.
- Well, thank you so much, Henry.
This was really fun.
- Sure enough.
- How about you?
